Mission

The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon Undergraduate Computational Biology Society (ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½-CBS) is committed to bringing computational biology majors and students interested in computational biology together in a welcoming and active community through academic and social events.

Description

We will host lectures from top computational biology researchers from around the country, plan socials to foster connections between students interested in computational biology and faculty, and support students in attending computational biology conferences (e.g. ISMB). We have a close relationship with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon’s Computational Biology Department, and serve as a liaison between CB undergrads and ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½’s CB Department.
