You have one year from the registration date to complete the program. Once you complete the program with the required 60% passing score, you will receive an electronic certificate of completion.
You must earn a 60% overall score on the knowledge check quizzes to be eligible for the certificate of completion. You have an unlimited number of attempts to complete the quizzes. The action plans and capstone project are optional and are not included in the calculation of the 60% score.
You may attempt each knowledge check question as many times as needed. If you answer incorrectly, you can try again until you answer it correctly.

The program includes approximately 11 hours of core content and 6 hours of bonus material, in addition to optional action plan and capstone exercises.
