ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½'s logo and visual identity is protected by the following terms:

“ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon agrees that <SPONSOR  NAME> may use the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon wordmark in connection with the proposal in support of <PROPOSAL NUMBER>, provided that <SPONSOR NAME> display of the wordmark is consistent with the guide. The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon is a trademark of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ and is registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in various classes. Any other use by <SPONSOR NAME> of the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon wordmark requires the prior written permission of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Mellon.”
